I'm on medical leave and dreaming about school. I can't believe this! Hahahahaha life! Who would of thought that those little ones would of gotten under my skin so much; even the mischievous ones. It's always hard staying unattached you know. I don't even know why some people do it because in this profession I think it's a total waste of affection. Yeah, I know some of you are wondering which profession? You may have also guessed right too and that profession is "teaching".

Start Loving You

You need to start loving you. Yes, you heard me right. Start loving you now your with flaws and all. Love every inch of you. If you don't love you then how can you expect others to love you? We all have this idea of what we want to be but in actuality it most times never becomes a reality. Well, what are we going to do about it? Nothing! Absolutely nothing. That is exactly what we tell ourselves. But should we really? Think about it for a moment. Just deal with it and try to make the most out of our lives. Hey at least we are alive and well. Don't sit and wine about it. You can either decide to take two steps back and wine all day about how miserable your live is and how things were not supposed to be this way or you can get up and move forward. Just focus on your future. Try to think positive, be positive all of the time. Just focus on getting you back on track. Remember you can't truly love someone else unless you love you. I hope this was motivating to you as it was for me while I was trying it.

Thinking Aloud

At times we think we have our lives all figured out and then something either ordinary or extraordinary happens and make us think about our  "said plans". We may even ask ourselves, 'do I really have my life all planned out?'
And what would our answer to that very question be? We don't always know the answer at the said moment that the question comes upon us. Oh LIFE- so unpredictable. Just think about it for a sec. Don't think too hard though because you might think too hard and end up with a headache and still no answer to your pertinent question.🤔🤔

Wrong turn left and right

Sometimes everything that could go wrong in one morning just goes WRONG. What am I saying? Sometimes? Let me rephrase that. I meant everyday thing that could go WRONG just goes so WRONG.

One morning I woke up and started my daily routine. The next thing I knew I was speeding because the computer refused to cooperate with me and time was running out. I also took too long to plan my notes of lesson. I really don't know what happened. The lines on the table in WORD just refused to go where I wanted them to go. It took me several tries and about 2 hours to get the table in a kind of presentable way. Then I had to print it out; which took a couple of minutes too.


Thank goodness I usually choose clothes that don't require much ironing. I had to walk all the way to fourth bridge to catch a hire car to school. I stood there for like half an hour in the sun with two bags and still did not catch anything. smh That's my life on  a typical day. When I finally reached to work I was so tired. Will I get a few minutes to catch my breath and settle in? Of course NOT!  As soon as I opened the door the complaints just started coming towards me like a wrecking ball to wreck my already not so good morning. I also had about 2 parents waiting there for me to discuss something or the other. Oh did I mention no breakfast was taken? I hadn't even realize it in my rush to be on time at work. Issues just kept popping up all morning and the books too just piled up for me to mark.

*sighs* That's just a glimpse into my life. #LifeAsIKnowIt
